The site

Upshift is a personal project of Noël Vranckx that shares books, exercises, tools and writing about supply chain and AI. Using it means accepting these terms. It is meant for people aged 13 and over.

Your account

An account is personal. Keep your sign-in to yourself; the books you download carry your email address and are for your own use. You may use the exercises, templates and planner documents in your own work. Do not share the books, resell them or publish them elsewhere.

Messages and files you send

Send only what you have the right to share, and nothing unlawful, abusive, or harmful such as malware. Messages and files go to the site owner only. Upshift may remove content that breaks these terms or the law, and may suspend or close an account that does; you will be told which content or account and why, by email or in your messages, and you can reply to contest it.

To report content you believe is illegal, write to hello@aiforscm.com with where it is, why you think it is illegal, and your name and email address.

AI-generated material

The project planner is written by an AI model. Its questions and documents are a starting point: check them before you rely on them. They are not professional, legal or financial advice.

The material on the site

The books, exercises and articles belong to Noël Vranckx unless marked otherwise. Product names and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to identify the products. The material is shared with care, but without a guarantee that it is complete, current or fits your case. Upshift is not liable for indirect loss from using it, as far as Belgian law allows.

Purchases

Terms of sale will be published here before purchases open.

These terms may change; the date below shows the latest version, and significant changes are announced to account holders. Belgian law applies. Questions go to hello@aiforscm.com.
